This Privacy Policy describes how Kiss Me Italy (“we”, “us”) processes personal data of visitors and customers of proposalitaly.it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian law. Kiss Me Italy is the Data Controller.
We may collect: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, billing address, payment information, event details you share with us to plan your proposal (dates, location, partner’s first name), and messages you send us.
Directly from you when you fill in enquiry or booking forms, write to us by email or WhatsApp, or otherwise interact with the website; and, in limited cases, from publicly available sources.
To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes; to plan, coordinate and deliver the experiences you book; to process payments and issue invoices; to provide customer support; to collect feedback and — with your consent — testimonials and photographs for our gallery; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to protect the website; and, with your consent, for marketing communications. If we wish to use your data for any other purpose, we will ask for your explicit consent.
Only as needed to deliver the service: with the local professionals involved in your booking (e.g. photographer, venue, boat operator — limited to the details they need), with payment providers, with our hosting and IT providers, and with analytics services where active. Third parties may not retain data longer than necessary. We may also disclose data to comply with the law or court orders, to enforce our Terms, to defend rights, or in the context of a merger or acquisition.
We keep personal data for the time necessary to the purposes above — as a rule between 90 days and 2 years after the relationship ends — unless longer retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal-defence reasons. Anonymised data may be kept indefinitely.
