How much does a proposal in Italy cost?
From €650 for a Proposal Consultation (we design it, you run the day) and from ~€1,400–€1,600 for an all-inclusive package with a photographer, up to €4,700+ for a luxury production. Every price is a starting “from” — see
packages.
Where is the best place to propose in Italy?
Lake Como for boats and villas, Venice for a gondola, Rome and Florence for rooftops, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Capri and Portofino for the sea, Tuscany for vineyards. See our
full guide.
When is the best time of year?
Spring (April–June) and early autumn (September–October): mild weather, golden light and fewer crowds. Sunrise and the hour before sunset are the most private and beautiful.
Is a photographer included?
Yes — a professional proposal photographer is included in every all-inclusive package, capturing the moment discreetly. Video and drone are optional add-ons.
Can you keep it a complete surprise?
Absolutely. Our photographers blend in as tourists, we favour private settings and quiet hours, and a dedicated coordinator manages every detail.
Do you handle permits and villa access?
Yes — we arrange reservations, permits and private or after-hours access, including for restricted sites like Villa del Balbianello on Lake Como.
What about the weather?
Every plan includes a covered or indoor back-up and a flexible time window, so rain never ruins the moment.
How do we bring the ring?
Carry it in your hand luggage, never checked, in a slim case. Non-EU travellers should note customs allowances on high-value goods.
How far in advance should we book?
Three months for spring/summer and popular spots; often one month in autumn/winter. Last-minute? Ask us.
