When should you start planning?

For spring and summer, and for popular villas, boats or hotels, start at least three months ahead. In autumn and winter, one month’s notice is often enough. The sooner you reach out, the more options you’ll have — but we also handle last-minute proposals whenever we can.

How much does a proposal photographer cost in Italy?
Booked independently: roughly €250–€1,000 for a session in most cities, climbing to €2,000–€5,000+ when venue access, planning help and video are added — plus any villa photo-permit fees. In our packages the photographer is included from €1,400 all-inclusive, with permits and venue fees already in the single price.
How does the photographer stay hidden before the proposal?
They arrive early and read as a tourist — phone out, camera casual — positioned on the angle we’ve scouted. We share live location on WhatsApp as you approach and agree a simple signal with you, so the real camera comes up seconds before the knee goes down, never after.
Can we get video or a reel as well as photos?
